Easter Egg Hunt April 3

Auburn is once again having a big easter egg hunt for the entire city.  Sounds like a good time...

Join the City of Auburn Parks and Recreation Department for the 29th Annual Easter Egg Hunt, sponsored by Wachovia, on Saturday, April 3 at 11 a.m. at Kiesel Park. This FREE community event is one of the largest egg hunts in Lee County and features more than 25,000 eggs hidden over a four acre area. Children ages 12 and under are invited to attend. Enjoy live music, free soft drinks, balloons, and a chance to have your picture taken with the Easter Bunny! The Greater Kiwanis Club of Auburn will be selling hot dogs and hamburgers. Proceeds will benefit needy families throughout the community.  In the event of rain, the egg hunt will be held on Sunday, April 4 at 2 p.m.
Due to the Wire Road Bridge Replacement Project, citizens attending the Easter Egg Hunt may need to access Kiesel Park via alternate routes along AL Highway 14. Please allow adequate time to arrive at the event. For the latest construction updates, please visit the City of Auburn online atwww.auburnalabama.org.
